Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for an exchange, an upgrade, store credit or a refund.

When making a return please include a note with  the Name the item was purchased under, your Shipping Address, and eBay Item #, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange, upgrade, store credit or refund.

All Frisby products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to exchange of the defective product. Damage due to abuse , misuse or alteration of the product is excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: Will it read all memory cards?
A: Yes it will read all memory cards however please keep in mind that some memory cards requires adapters such as mini SD cards

Q: Can I insert more than one memory card?
A: ou can insert and read or write multiple memory cards at the same time.

Q: Can I transfer data form one card to another?
A: Yes, you can connect more than one memory type and tranfer data between them

Q: Is local pick-up available?
A: Limited local pickup is available by appointment for some products. Handling fees may apply.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer PayPal. We also accept checks on money orders through the mail, and we can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express over the telephone.

Q: How can I combine shipping?
A: Purchase as many items as you like. Do not complete checkout until you have made your last purchase. When you have completed shopping send us a request for combined invoice with discounted shipping, or wait for our automatic invoice.

Q: How soon I will receive my item?
A: All items are available in stock. We ship immediately on completion of payment. Same day shipping for most items excluding holidays and weekends. Transit time varies with your preferred carrier, shipping method and destination. Please refer to the shipping table in each listing for details. Approximate transit times are stated in business days.

Q: Should I buy insurance ?
A: We strongly recommend you buy shipping insurance. Some packages are damaged in transit, others may be lost or mis-delivered. Insurance is optional for USPS shipping. Fedex and UPS packages are insured up to $100.

Q: What should I do if my item is damaged in transit?
A: Please contact us to report the damage. If your package is insured we can assist to file a claim for the damage and ship you a replacement product. Please retain the damaged product and the package until the issue is resolved.

Q: What should I do if the item I received is not functioning properly?
A: Please contact us for support. Our support staff will respond to your request within 24 hours. We will glady assist you with setup and installation of your new product. We can also provide diagnostic assistance for malfunctioning items. The defect rate is very low, most issues can be resolved in the field simply and quickly, without a return.
